Discovering a rural landscape wrested from the ancient marshes thanks to immense land reclamation work carried out over the centuries by man. The itinerary starts in Eraclea Mare and touches Torre di Fine, a hamlet built in 1925 when the large water-scooping machine of Ongaro Inferiore Land Reclamation Consortium was completed. It then continues to Brian, the oldest village in Eraclea, which stands on Revedoli Canal, a historic maritime trading post. Flank Ongaro Canal as far as the Morellato cycle bridge, then ride as far as the Piave embankment. Here, a shady path gives you the chance to admire a landscape full of crops and orchards. Before returning to Eraclea, make a small detour to Cortellazzo, once a fishing village at the mouth of the Piave River.
