Yes, of course! We’re specialised in Tailor-made tours. You can choose the hotels, dates and duration of the trip, as well as the average km and elevation gain you want to cover. You can also enrich your choice with fantastic experiences, like boat trips, dinners, picnics, tastings and concerts, etc.
Yes, we offer you the opportunity to rent bikes and accessories such as helmets, pedals and bikepacking bags, depending on the location you choose as your destination. Each of our hotels can offer you excellent bikes for a complete experience.
With us, there are various ways to set off: private guided tours with a minimum of 6 people, guided tours with a minimum of 2 people or self-guided tours, even individually. The guided tour service can also be purchased singly. Example: you want to go on a self-guided tour but you prefer to have the company of our guide on the first day, also to explain the area, so that you can become familiar with the trails and feel more confident on the following days.
Some hotels also have equipment for children. In this case, we suggest you contact us by email or phone and explain your needs.
Yes, our local guides speak the main foreign languages: English, German, French and Spanish. If you want to specifically request a language, we ask that you contact us to check availability.
In the case of private tours, as soon as you communicate your needs to us, we’ll be ready to create the tours according to your indications.
In the case of tours that are already defined or are part of a schedule, the answer to this question varies greatly, but let’s say that e-bike tours don’t require any particular athletic fitness level, although you obviously need to be an active person, capable of riding a bike in the presence of cars and respecting the highway code. Our Road bike tours require a fitness level depending on the proposal. To find out if you’re fit enough to tackle the activities by bike, we recommend that you take a detailed look at the travel plan, where kilometres and elevation gain are specified. In case of doubt, you can consult our experts by communicating your average number of kilometres and monthly elevation gain, so that we can help you choose the proposal that’s right for you.
In the case of private tours, you absolutely can. If you have joined an already-formed group, it isn’t possible to customise the group outing, but our bike manager will be able to provide you with trails to suit your level.
If you have decided to opt for a private tour with a minimum of 6 people, you can count on the support van that will follow the group through all stages. The van is useful both for mechanical support and as a means of rescuing a cyclist in case of need. In the case of guided tours or self-guided tours, the service is provided on request, depending on availability at the time of the event.
