Day 1:
1st section: swimming (1900m)
In the afternoon swimming section; 76 laps (for 1900 metres) with reserved lane in the hotel’s semi-Olympic swimming pool. Alternatively, possibility of open water swimming in the mirror in front of the hotel’s private beach beyond the reef barriers, with approximate calculation of distance. Followed by a welcome drink/briefing with consultant/tutor for the cycling and running sections of the next two days.

Day 2:
2nd section: cycling (90 km.)
For the cycling section we will consider our route “Tra Cielo e Mare” with a distance of just over 90 kilometres and a difference in altitude of about 1360 metres. We will leave for Montescudo and reach, pedalling between seductive hills, Monte Altavelio; a place of enchanting beauty, rich in suggestion, which seems to be sketched and defined within a painting with Monte Nerone in the background; a portion of the unique spectacle of the Montefeltro Valley. We then return via Mondaino and Saludecio; a route designed in the heart of the hinterland between Romagna and Marche. This route is full of charm but requires a commitment worthy of a professional. Return to the hotel and possibility of a refreshing bike-brunch.

Day 3:
3rd section: running (21 km.)
You will tackle the third and final section, the running section. The hotel shuttle will take you to the upper part of the Baia Flaminia district of Pesaro, the point where the famous “Panoramica” begins/ends, leaving you exactly 21 kilometres and 100 metres from our Hotel Venus. You will then take the road that crosses the San Bartolo Natural Park, connecting Pesaro with Gabicce Mare (SP 44). You will run along the crest of Mount San Bartolo passing through the villages of Marina Alta, Fiorenzuola di Focara and Casteldimezzo, enjoying breathtaking landscapes with views as far as the eye can see over the entire Riviera Romagnola. The route will then end directly at the hotel. Possibility of a refreshing bike-brunch.
