We will start from the sea and, in less than two hours, reach the village of Levigliani to explore the tourist route inside the impressive Antro del Corchia, the largest cave in Italy. You’ll have the unique opportunity to reach the very heart of the mountain, discovering breathtaking underground landscapes and living an unforgettable adventure.
Back in the village, we will enjoy a tasting of the famous handmade Tortello Versiliese, prepared by the local housewives. Then, back on the saddle, we will ride towards the sea.

Experience true Tuscan tradition through wines and local flavors. Each winery offers a unique journey through the region’s tastes, with guided tastings ranging from fresh whites to full-bodied reds, including selected vintages of prestigious labels.
During the food stops, guests will immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Tuscany with a selection of traditional products. The tasting begins with savory local cured meats, such as finocchiona and lardo di Colonnata, followed by Tuscan cheeses — from fresh pecorino to aged varieties — often paired with honey and artisanal jams.
You’ll also enjoy Tuscan crostini with liver pâté and the traditional unsalted bread, perfect for tasting the locally produced extra virgin olive oil.

Tour of Historic Versilia
Explore Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, and Seravezza, with a stop in the village of Cardoso — where in 1996 a devastating flood overwhelmed the entire town. Here, we’ll enjoy local specialties at the Norcineria di Cardoso before riding back.
