Passion and cycling. This is the reason why we have created Italy Bike Hotels. Everything we do, everything about us, everything that the accommodation facilities of Italy Bike Hotels offer starts with the simple passion for cycling.
We have chosen our passion, our love for cycling and focused it on making holidays memorable for cycling enthusiasts. Whether you use Road, Mountain Bikes, E-MTB, Gravel or Hybrid Bikes, we believe cycling is the best way to see the world.
Even today, when we go to cycle fairs and meet different cyclists, they ask us “if we are a tour operator?”. And our answer is simply “no, the advantage of trusting a group like ours is being able to have direct contact with passionate hoteliers who specialise in cycling holidays”.
This is why today we would like to talk to you about how we are different from most operators who organise cycling holidays.
We choose each hotel and follow them every step of the way by supporting them in offering adequate facilities for cyclists. Periodically, we carry out quality checks to verify the efficiency of each facility.
Our hotels blend into the environment. Whether you prefer a three-star hotel or a four-star hotel, or even a farmhouse or a B&B, in our Italy Bike Hotels, you can find what you want without compromising on accommodation and facilities designed for cyclists.
No third party costs
There are no third parties involved in the booking procedure of a holiday with Italy Bike Hotels. This means that once you send your request for a quote to one or more hotels you will be in direct contact with the staff of that hotel.
This also means that you can personalise your next holiday as much as you want based on your needs, desires and dreams.
Holidays for every cyclist
Whether you prefer a challenging holiday, cycling 60 or more kilometres a day, or an active holiday combining it also with food and wine experiences or discovering the area, each Italy Bike Hotels is able to satisfy your needs. Each hotel is able to recommend tours based on your level of physical fitness and the experience you want to enjoy. If you prefer to ride in a group with the help of a guide, there are different excursions based on your level of fitness.
Amazing routes and activities
Each route recommended by our Italy Bike Hotels has been carefully mapped and easy to follow. You can choose to cycle alone with the help of a GPS device, paper maps, or you can rely on certified and qualified cycling guides for each hotel. It does not matter how much or how little you cycle at home, our goal is to ensure your cycling experience in and (out) of the saddle exceeds your expectations.
Welcome to non-cyclist companions
Just because your wife, your girlfriend, your husband or your companion do not cycle does not mean that you cannot enjoy your holiday in an Italy Bike Hotels, that you cannot eat, drink, taste, visit, discover, explore or simply relax the way you want to. You will find lots of activities in an Italy Bike Hotel even for non cyclist companions.
Bike Managers and guides are cyclists just like you
Bike managers and cycling guides in our hotels are cyclists like you and know the best routes, hidden treasures that make the place unique, history and the most incredible stories that only the locals know. Do not settle for a tour operator when you can enjoy a holiday like a local.
You will not find the stories they tell in any guide book. Group tours are often limited to 10 cyclists as in this way every cyclist gets the personal attention they deserve.
The WOW factor is in our blood: whether it is wonderful scenery around a bend, a singletrack trail overlooking the sea or elegant local cuisine in a medieval village, we know how to leave you speechless and literally make your cyclist friends green with envy.
As good Italians, we are obsessed with food. You get to know each area through the distinctiveness of its local cuisine. Also our bike hotels are food-focused: if we think of the tastings in the mountain dairy huts, the small restaurants off the beaten track that keep their traditions intact handed down from generation to generation, or if we think of wine tasting with the winemakers.
