• Exploration of Italy’s Largest Cave: We will depart from the sea and in less than two hours we will head to the village of Levigliani to explore the tourist route inside the impressive “Antro del Corchia”, Italy’s largest cave. You will have the unique opportunity to arrive at the exact centre of the mountain, exploring breathtaking underground scenery and experiencing an unforgettable adventure. Back in the village, a tasting of the famous tortello Versiliese handmade by local housewives will be waiting for us. Then back in the saddle we will head back towards the sea.
• Wine tasting and typical Tuscan products: You will enjoy an authentic Tuscan experience among local wines and flavours. Each winery offers a unique journey into the flavours of the region, with guided tastings ranging from fresh whites to full-bodied reds and selected labels of fine vintages. During the gastronomic stops, guests can immerse themselves in the authentic flavours of Tuscany through a selection of typical products. The tasting tour begins with tasty local cured meats, such as finocchiona and lardo di Colonnata, and continues with Tuscan cheeses, from fresh to mature pecorino, often accompanied by honey and artisanal jams. There will also be Tuscan crostini with liver pâté and the traditional salt-free bread, perfect for savouring the locally produced extra virgin olive oil.
• Tour of Historic Versilia, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Seravezza with a stop at the village of Cardoso where in 1996 a flood swept through an entire village, tasting of local products at the Norcineria di Cardoso and return.
