The Three Peaks of Lavaredo

Climbing the Lavaredo Peaks is an unforgettable experience for cyclists, both due to the technical difficulties, as well as thanks to the beautiful silhouettes of the three peaks that rise elegantly reaching a height of 3,000 m a.s.l. on a large gravel pedestal. The climb starts from Lake Misurina and finishes at Rifugio Auronzo, at an altitude of 2,320 m, with only one road on which to make your way up and down. Do not be misled by the average gradient and the small difference in altitude: right off the bat, the climb starts with a difficult section followed by approximately 1,200 metres of pure descent. But the last 4 km offer challenging gradients ranging from 13 to 18%.
